It is with great pleasure to announce today that the production date of the SANIAID Surgical Masks is well on schedule and we are preparing to have the masks shipped directly from Japan to Hong Kong by air as scheduled. Depending on available flight cargo space allocation we believe to be able to ship all pre-orders by latest 15th of June or earlier.
All pre-order customers will receive a notification once the order has been prepared and shipped. We are working hand in hand with our Hong Kong partner FloShip to get all pre-orders prepared and shipped as well prepared as possible. No worries – we will also take care of all extra pre-order comments made during your pre-order placement.
Pre-Order Q&A
- What if you have not paid for your pre-order?
Pre-orders currently not paid are on hold and will be canceled on 7th of June, the official pre-order cut-off date. If you wish to keep your unpaid order active, please contact us before 7th of June for payment arrangements.
- When will your order ship?
All orders will be shipped out on or before 15th of June. We are working with FloShip hand in hand to expedite all pre-orders as good and professional as we can.
- When will the PayPal payment option be resumed?
We will resume PayPal payment option for regular orders from 5th of June onward. Pre-order for the SANIAID N95 Respirator does not offer PayPal as payment option due to PayPal’s policy concerning delivery time after order placed not exceeding 20 days.
- Can Surgical Masks still be ordered?
No, after 5th of June no orders are accepted for pre-order nor regular order. However, the N95 Respirator remains available for pre-ordering. Ordering may resume after stock has been replenished later in June.
